Description
Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:- Supporting the development and execution of content that will be featured in the restaurant online engagement portal
- Entering content that will be featured into the portal
- Providing support where applicable with the communication plan
- Developing and documenting an ongoing process for managing new content requests for the portal
- Developing and documenting guidelines/training process for future content portal managers
- Flagging any issues that may arise from a technical perspective
- Preparing and coordinating presentations and documents related to the portal or content
- Ad-hoc requests, as necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Diploma/degree in Communications or Web Design
- 2-3 years of experience required
- Web design experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience working with online, Internet based sites is considered to be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications - ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
