Ihre Aufgaben:
- Recruitment
- Handling of routine business
- Support of purchasing department in global first quarter processes (e.g.: implementation of salary reviews, preparation of talent sessions and review of talent data, set-up of annual targets, review of last years' performances)
- Supporting global HR projects (e.g.: surveys, leadership...)
Ihre Qualifikation
- Professional experience in the field of HR on a global level
- Excellent English proficiency
- Ideally experience in medical affairs/medical marketing (pharmaceutical company)
