Description:Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Testing of biological products; cell proliferation, immunophenotyping, ELISA
- Accurately documenting results, QC release, in-process and stability testing of products
- Ordering laboratory supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Participating in the maintenance of the laboratory and equipment
- Clean room environmental sampling and analysis
- Support and participation in all Quality Control functions and assisting in additional tasks as needed.
- Serve as the department technical lead on flow cytometry
Requirements:
4 years of post-degree work experience in flow cytometry.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant biological discipline (microbiology, molecular biology,cellbiology, biochemistry) and a minimum of 2-7 years in immunochemistry. Experience in cell-based assays, flow cytometry and ELISA preferred. Must be familiar with aseptic cell culture, working with human blood and human-derived cell lines. Familiarity with bioactivity assays a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Detail oriented with requisite organizational skills. Familiarity with cGMPs. Familiarity with aseptic processing and environmental monitoring a plus.
