My client is a multi-national Oil & Gas company that is growing rapidly within the UK. They have a great multi-cultural environment and offer plenty of career progression and international exposure.They are looking for a Reward Analyst / Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the fast paced and exciting international team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in international compensation and have excellent client facing skills, and be able to parent with both internal and external stakeholders.
With strong written and verbal communication skills, the successful candidate in this role will be passionate about their role, and be looking to contribute effectively to a growing team.
Key responsibilities:
To support in compiling salary proposals for new and reassigned candidates
To prepare weekly and monthly headcount reports for international and local needs
To actively participate in managing international personnel data, comparing data from Mercer, Hays and OHRDG in order to benchmark salary levels and benefits
To create reports in excel and analyse, benchmark with internal salary matrix and compare to salary surveys from Hays, Mercer etc
To undertake research on salary related matters
To assist for creating and develop complex reports and analysis to support compensation projects
To support the Compensation Team, HR Advisors and Global Mobility colleagues with policy interpretation, annual compensation cycles and day to day query resolution
To partake in projects regarding Business Development, International Compensation Standards and Benefits, benchmarking and International Mobility
To prepare corporate level presentations in PowerPoint
To ensure compliance with Group Audit requirements
Ad Hoc duties as and when required
Daily administration duties
Essential requirements:
* Good Excel skills and experience on HRIS systems such as Peoplesoft
* Excellent manipulation, interpretation, analysis and data presentation skills
* Degree qualified
* Experience working in a large international organisation
* Experience within Oil & Gas is highly desirable
This role is based in Central London and the salary is £37,000 per annum +Benefits
