Description
- Provide 1st line support for all HR users & specific internal departments/users.
- Maintain HRIS guideline/user manual ensuring HR users have the most up-to-date version as all times.
- Provide training to HR users to enable them to take responsibility for future updates.
- Support HR Teams/users to resolve Access Controls and AD accounts setup/changes issues.
- Manage the monthly updates to BU codes in Empower working closely with specific Finance contacts.
- Run regular housekeep jobs to identify system or data (information) issues and take appropriate measures to resolve these.
- Control user access set-up for HRIS application ensuring access rights are tested thoroughly in development before being placed live.
- Assist with Ad Hoc reporting requests.
- Assist with Access Controls processes including Monthly reconciliation with A/D (Technology database) to ensure that users and leavers have been accounted for correctly.
- Assist with the data analysis between numerous payroll files & HRIS data to identify discrepancies and work with HR users for corrective action. This will include assisting HR users to update Empower for complex corrections.
The role requires someone who has prior knowledge of working with Empower/PWA, including supporting the user base with training and development.
You will require an in-depth understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation), an ability to analyse often-complex information and communicate this to a wider audience with various levels of experience/ understanding.
Strong MS Excel skills are highly advantageous.
