OPERATIONAL RISK & COMPLIANCE - FINANCIAL SERVICES - LONDON & BUCKINGHAMSHIRE
Our client is looking to add an Operational Risk and Compliance Analyst that will be responsible for identifying, measuring, and monitoring the company's Operational Risk as well as merging IT security into the Operational Risk and Compliance function.
The candidate will be involved in:
- Implementing policies and procedures for the assessment and monitoring of the Operational Risks for the business lines.
- Advising business unit management and staff by scoping business problems, analysing processes, losses and risk exposure and sharing lessons learned.
- Facilitate Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) workshops for all business groups, to identify residual operational risks and arrive at key risks.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-4 years of experience in an Operational Risk/Audit function.
- Strong working experience within IT Security Risk and Compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate experience of 'adding value' within the business through the execution of risk management activities.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and developments relating to operational risk, including AMA, Sarbanes Oxley, Turnbull and relevant FSA/other regulatory requirements
