Huge Opportunity for a Reward Analyst/ Comp & Bens Analyst to join a growing team within fast-paced, multi-national Oil & Gas company.My Client is looking to expand the team as their international population continues to grow. Working within a close and supportive team you will have the opportunity to gain brilliant exposure to the various functions of compensation & benefits - Total Reward on an International aspect.
Main responsibilities will be to assist and support the Benchmarking & Policy Advisor in conducting global salary and benchmarking reviews. Collating data, analysing and producing detailed reports on such findings as well as offering your own recommendations and understandings to the internal stakeholders.
You will also take part in a number of different ad-hoc projects and will support the Compensation team and the benefits team.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in International Compensation
* Experience in Benchmarking and Salary reviews on an international scope
* Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry desirable
This role is based right in the center of London with a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus great Benefits
