Job Description:
- Manage WebSphere Infrastructure
o Secure continuity of the WebSphere infrastructure.
o Implement changes via RFC's with regards to infrastructure.
o Implement changes via RFC's with regards to applications.
oPerform dailyanalyses of production-activities, using avbailable means for monitoring and
registration.
o Report disruptions on equipment, software and/or processen, as part of
informationsystems.
o Perform simple tuning work.
o Solve disruptions within agreed timeframes en communicate with expertiseteams where
required.
Perform ITIL processesPerform configurationmanagement. Keep configurationdatabase
up-to-date
o Participate in changemanagementproces.
o Take measures to control incident- en problemproces.
o Execute acceptance testing, both new or changed components.
o Maintain and perform production acceptance criteria.
o Prepared to participate in a stand by schedule outside office hours once every three
weeks.
o Prepared to participate in 16 hours shifts and occasionally in 24 hours shifts for a
short period.
Skills:
Knowledge of at least the following operating systems: AIX, Linux
Specific knowledge of WebSphere Application Server en WebSphere Portal.
ITIL
Loadbalancing using WebSphere Edge Server.
Knowledge of LDAP
Familiar with Web Security tooling like
Tivoli Access Manager for eBusiness (TAMeB)
Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)
Web Application Firewall (WAF)
Vordel
Good communications in English and Dutch, Teamplayer, Result driven, Proactive, Analytical, Accurate
