Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of an External Campaign and Communication Manager, who has previous e xperience within Retail Banking. We are looking for an established campaign manager to join a vibrant and results focused customer communications team. The teams are accomplished commercial marketers who champion the voice of the customer whilst delivering on business objectives.
Core duties of the role:
The campaign manager will work on a large, complex change programme and be responsible for delivering change communications to customers.
- Reporting into the senior manager, the successful candidate will have change experience and be skilled in all aspects of campaign management, from brief to delivery.
- Experience in the development and implementation of customer communications for large, fluid, complex change programmes.
- Delivering change communications requires a flexible approach and the role requires the candidate to be able to adapt to changing requirements.
- The successful candidate will be confident in managing stakeholders.
- Well developed direct marketing and communication planning experience and skills
- Writing briefs, working with agencies and suppliers and managing the campaign process through to delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- An understanding of the SME market.
- Must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and be resilient under pressure.
