Description
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner the successful candidate will be responsible for taking joint responsibility for the Finance Business Partner team objective by:- Partnering managers, heads of department & directors in driving business performance.
- To produce a range of management information to support operational & strategic decision making.
- You will also control the finance systems and processes to ensure accurate & timely data.
It is essential that the Finance Business Partner will possess:
- The ability to analyse, develop and maintain business operations, processes and indicators to determine drivers that affect performance
- The ability to produce clear and accurate financial and statistical narrative reports on a monthly basis, monitoring and pro-actively advising on performance
- The ability to work with managers, pro-actively to identify issues that impact on goal achievement
- Experience of working with managers, HODs and Directors to assist with planning and budgeting, bringing together financial and non-financial data into a business plan focused on achieving CIMA 's strategic goals
- The ability to simplify complex financial issues, and communicate to finance and non finance people
- The ability to take responsibility for own workload, and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are achieved
- The confidence to devise and implement process changes
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACMA (or equivalent), or demonstrate a clear commitment to completing the qualification within an agreed timeframe
- Proven finance experience
