Description
My client based in Reading is currently seeking a PA to provide support to the IT Manager and existing IT Team. The successful candidate will be a member of the ITSMT team and will provide administrative assistance working with IT, Suppliers, Finance and staff within the IT department.
Below shows the experience required;
Essential:
Financial administration experience
Working in a customer service environment
Demonstrated experience of establishing and maintaining departmental systems
and processes.
Desirable:
Use of an incident logging system
Contract management
Asset management
Project qualification and experience
Purchasing and supplier management experience
