Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Experience in implementing MES with Automotive industry
• Strong Automotive background (thorough understanding of automotive process) with knowledge in Manufacturing IT like MES, EMI, SCADA, PLC etc     
• Techo Functional resource with experience in Program/Project Managment.

Role                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Program Management:

• Support client during  engagement kick-off and during course of product/solution implementation 
• Work cohesively with partner to propose & implement solution Responsible for planning, execution, monitoring and controlling technical deliverables of multiple simultaneous projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and review Requirements.
• Define and manage scope using work breakdown structures
• Prepare effort and application sizing estimation
• Assess project sponsor and customer needs to customize the communication, risk and management plans.
• Manage cost over/under runs
• Skills enhancement efforts of Business Analysts and Developers to adopt processes based on Agile/Scrum development techniques
• Manage teams
• Business Development and Pre-Sales support:
• Work closely with Account teams, Sales and BD team
• RFP Responses to existing clients and prospects
