Job description:- Work collaboratively with individuals and leaders cross-functionally to achieve objectives.
- Effectively partner and regularly interact with senior leaders to ensure flawless execution of clinically-based formularies and clinical programs
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that all clinical programs run smoothly.
- Lead all clinical compliance and innovation activities within the organization.
- Establish excellent working relation with all CROs and outside vendors
- Demonstrated scientific productivity (publications, abstracts, etc.).
- Proven scientific writing skills and good communication skills.
- Operational Analytics including Reporting Analytics, Business Process, SAS Analysis
- Fulfillment Marketing and Vendor Outreach
- Research, identify and implement new procedures/ technologies/ systems/ programs that contribute toward increased productivity of operations, and oversee strategic clinical automation/IT initiatives and act as business sponsor for new in-house applications.
- Ensure processes and policies and procedures meet state, federal and accreditation body standards.
- Implement program structure and resource plans.
- Ensure monitoring and oversight of programs to meet defined goals and targets.
- Work to develop the management team and staff to improve service delivery and metrics.
- Participate in budgeting processes
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of Clinical Operations experience in the Biotech / Pharma industry.
- Understanding of the drug development continuum from pre-POC to post-POC and commercialization.
- Understanding of related disciplines (e.g. biostatistics, regulatory, pre-clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences).
- MSc or advanced degree in medical, biomedical or health science is desired.
- Working experience with CRO's.
- Experience working with other Senior Leadership within an organization is required
- Experience managing direct reports is required
Compensation will depend on the depth and quality of relevant work experience and accomplishments. This includes a double digit bonus and Long Term Incentive/stock.
