ETL Developer
My client requires an ETL Developer with a focus on ETL design, development, and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ETL processes and tools as well as database loading, and will form part of a wider Business Intelligence team.
This role will be responsible for the creation of ETL and data import processes using SQL, TSQL, .Net. C#, from SQL Server 2008. Data sources will be varied and may include Oracle, Excel, flat files as well as other SQL Servers. The ability to acquire and parse data is a key component of this role and candidates will serve as the technical lead for ETL services
The successful candidate will:
Manage and Implement Projects
Analyze business needs and requirements
Translate business needs into technical and system design specifications
Design Datawarehouse schema and data model
Manage reporting meta data and data standardization for end to end integration
Write ETL scripts, design and develop reporting end user
layers and reports.
Design and implement publication layer like dashboards
Prepare and maintain system documentation in accordance with IT Applications SDLC Procedures
Manage DW support activities, Issue tracking, escalation and resolution
