Due to an ongoing project, our client is looking for a Solution Architect to work on European bids. The Solution Architect will be focussing on the design of the Service Management function. The Service Management Solution Architect will be responsible for the design and set up of governance, service management and ITIL processes.

The successful candidate will need to be based in Brussels for the duration of the contract.

Service Management Solution Architect key skills:

  • Service design
  • Costing of services
  • Knowledge of Desktop Management and Build Management
  • Knowledge of Local System Admin activities
  • Knowledge of Lifecycle Asset Management. Additional experience of Logistics preferred
  • Experience of working on bids including leading a work-stream and writing bids
  • Knowledge and understanding of Service Management tools
  • Knowledge of quality standards (ISO20000, ISO9001 and ISO27001) and IT Governance
  • ITIL v3 certified
  • Overall high level design for Service Management
