Ihre Aufgaben:
- Successfully and proactively manages the event from start to finish
- Guides Lifecycle Teams on best practice delivery of events
- Coordinates the operational aspects of events using external agencies, e.g. sponsorship, satellite symposium, meetings, exhibition, transfers, accommodation and hospitality services
- Communicates event plans/activities to affiliates and other departments within the Pharma Division
- Ensures accurate budgeting of costs for event activities, tracks and manages accordingly
- Produces project briefs for LCTs and agencies
- Contributes ideas and makes suggestions on how project management can be optimized throughout the event
- Briefs and manages consultants and agencies to ensure the successful delivery of events
- Liaises with external congress stakeholders such as medical societies, co-marketing partners, competitors
- Ensures high performance of external agencies/service providers and internal departments
Ihre Qualifikation
- Ideally a business administration, project management or marketing qualification with a specialty in congress management/tourism/hospitality
- A tourism/congress management qualification is advantageous
- Fluent English, other languages an advantage
- Strong event management experience
- Understanding of Healthcare/Pharma industry
- Messaging needs of product marketing
- Managed large international congress events with a clear objective, timeline and required outcome
- Experienced high levels of pressure and demanding congress participants
- Marketing plans/organisation management
- Has successfully managed projects from start to finish
- Some experience of working with/in large international corporations is advantageous
