To do this successfully you'll need to have the following skills and experience- Subject matter expert for risk/regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector;
- Good knowledge and experience of Risk Management;
- In depth knowledge ofUKfinancial services industry, competitor activity, market developments and emerging market trends;
- Excellent Prudential/Conduct Risk/TCF experience and ability to translate complex regulation into practical policies and advice;
- Excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills, able to present effectively at meetings with senior managers and executive directors;
- Proven experience and ability to think strategically and transform strategy into delivery;
- Experience of delivering and effecting change;
- Experience of managing specialist oversight teams within matrix risk function
