The role
The client requires an SD expert who is happy working in a support function, dealing with the outsourced support team in India, and taking on the more complex support requests from the Pan-European business users.
The system is heavily bespoke and they want two consultants that are prepared to work around this and get used to the system,
You must understand incident and problem management
Used to customising and debugging.
The client can interview candidates on Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd January.
They will wait up to a maximum of 3 weeks for someone to start.
