Contract & Performance Manager
Assignment
The Contract and Performance Team ensures that: robust contract management and audit arrangements are put in place; performance of the division and its suppliers is reliably and effectively measured and reported; and commercial risks are identified and managed appropriately.
Key Tasks
- Scrutinise Target Cost submissions to ensure the build up of the prices are in accordance with the contract/s (liaising with commercial staff as required) and to check the engineering solution is appropriate for the problem to be addressed.
- Undertake supplier audits to ensure adherence to the Quality Plan and risks and opportunities are managed effectively and financial exposure is quantified.
Key Deliverables
- Produce scheme cost review documentation.
- Produce audit reports.
- Investigate non-conformities and contractual queries and provide responses and contract advice.
Experience Required
- Experience managing civil engineering projects, including design and the build up of cost is essential.
Qualifications
- A chartered civil engineer
