Process ManagerLeading European Investment bank requires a hands-on process manager to manage all Agency lending related processes, acting as a change manager within the Front Office, with compliance and risk. The Process Manager must have experience in stakeholder management and project work, as a senior business manager; to ensure front to back consistency in the management of the ALD portfolio in Credit Risk, Legal and Finance. Understanding of the front to back bank infrastructure both technically and operationally is a key requirement.
As Process Manager you will represent the front office interests, acting as conduit between Front Office, Risk Management and other Support Functions (Legal, IT, Finance, Compliance etc) whilst ensuring compliance with the Agency lending Disclosure requirements. The experienced Process Manager will have front to back knowledge in a project management role; have project lead experience, managing large scale projects whilst leading large teams; have influential and persuasive skills, good knowledge of SBL and Repo markets, an understanding of IT solutions and change management.
This is an exciting role, offering a range of changing processes to work on; maintaining global consistency of the agency lending process, assisting the front office with setup of header accounts for Agency Lending and communicate the business requirement to global support teams; so a successful Process Manager must demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and timescales. This is a leading project management role; with the opportunity to work as an individual on this role, being solely responsible for this project; you must demonstrate previous experience and tenacity in a leadership role.
This is a permanent role based in London, with a salary range of £65K-85K
