Description
A global pharmaceutical company has a need for 5 / 6 Validation Engineers both equipment and process / cleaning validation for a 6 month initial contract in Moscow to work on projects for a global pharmaceutical company.Current project still has 12 months on it and there are 2 further projects in the pipeline and they ideally need contractors with Russian and English language skills.
Equipment Validation:
- Write equipment and utility validation protocols and reports for new and existing equipment
- Review Review/produce supporting validation documentation, as required, as part of a validation exercise.
- Undertake equipment validation exercises and/or the supervision of equipment validation exercises.
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Degree or HNC/D qualified in an Engineering based subject or related experience in a Equipment / Utilities Validation role.
- Solid experience in validation within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrable experience in drafting, executing and reporting of validation documentation ie IQ, OQ, PQ protocols.
Process Validation:
- Extensive hands on experience of Process and Cleaning Validation within a pharmaceutical environment
- Previous history leading Process and Cleaning Risk Assessments
- Experience writing and executing VMP, VPP, and Protocols
Ideal Skills and Experience
- Ideally will possess Bachelor of Engineering or Science Degree in Engineering or Technology related discipline.
- Proven competency within a manufacturing environment with process and/or equipment validation. Ideally have validation background through OQ, PQ etc.
