* Min. 5 years experience in software development on Unix
* Strong knowledge in C/C++
* Experienced in building large-scale distribution and indexing systems
* Strong knowledge in network programming and multi-threading
* Excellent with problem solving and multi-tasking using creative solutions
* Experience with windows platform & MS Exchange Server is a PLUS!
* Strong communication skills
