Working within the Global Talent Acquisition Department you will act as Team leader and be responsible for the recruitment and selection within Global Develoment Functions.
You will effectively manage a high volume of technical recruitment across multiple technical disciplines such as Engineering, Project Management and Construction across a global basis.
You will take management of the end to end recruitment process and will be responsible for finding and sourcing key talent within the O & G industry.
You will work closely with line management from across the globe as well as sourcing talent using your own recruitment strategies and innovative approach.
In an industry where people are key to the business you will play an integral role in helping this organisation to achieve their people plan and help them to develop the level of talent within.
Requirements:
-6 years of proven experience recruiting in a similar role with international exposure is essential.
-Background in working with high volumes and technical roles
-Previous experience in recruitment within the Oil & Gas industry, Mining or Engineering sector is desirable.
-Line Mangement experience desirable
