Connect 44 are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to work for a prestigious telecoms company in Reading, United Kingdom.
For this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong administrative background and be adept at aspects of administrative support in order to assure that all installation activities are performed in accordance with the correct standards, a telecoms background is not required for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- To asses the validity of field quality reports completed by installation engineers.
- Review and highlight reports that are incomplete or show evidence of unacceptable workmanship and report to manager.
- Analysis of data from reports to highlight trends and identify most common causes of failure.
- Review findings with project manager.
- Send monthly stats to management.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Download all reports sent into the office onto laptop/server.
- Spot check a percentage of reports for accuracy of naming, content, etc.
- Perform desktop audits and other ad hoc duties as required.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Complete weekly reports and trend analysis as required by management.
- Update defect logs.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly reports including trend analysis from defect log, top 3 fails etc..
- Attend monthly partner meetings as required.
