Description
As Digital Banking becomes the new trend, this bank is looking to progress rapidly across a number of areas - Mobile, Internet and SMS.There are a number of deliverables to be met - they need a Senior Scrum Master to come on board to assist with project planning, user stories, managing sprints and overcoming / resolving impediments.
Project delivery is one of the main responsibilities of this Scrum Master. The successful candidate will be supporting multiple project teams, promoting best agile and lean practices, building relationships with wider teams and managing stakeholders at senior director level.
To apply for this role you must have the following skill set:
At least 5 years experience working as a Scrum Master in a large organisation
Strong track record of project delivery in an agile / lean environment including knowledge of best practices - TDD, BDD, automated builds, continuous integration, agile test frameworks etc
Experience dealing with large codebases, APIs and Services including Software & System Design knowledge
Some exposure to the following technologies:
Java, JavaScript, HTML, Caching, JSP
Full Software Delivery Life Cycle experience.
Previous experience of managing stakeholder relationships - ability to influence, remove impediments, resolve impediments and push the project forwards by leading by example
Previous experience of managing project teams, mentoring more junior members of staff, leading by example by promoting best agile and lean practices
