I have a fantastic opportunity for a number or discipline project engineers to join a drilling company based inAberdeen. My client is offering a year's contract which will be office based until the latter part of the year which will be based at the Shipyard within theUK.My client is looking to bring together the following team:
- Subsea Project Engineer
- Mechanical Project Engineer
- Structural / Piping Project Engineer
- Construction Project Engineer
As a project engineer your work will include:
- Arrange and carry out offshore surveys
- Obtain design approval
- Supervise / arrange instillation at the shipyard
- Supervise / arrange commission at the shipyard
- Prepare initial scope of work
- Arrange fabrication
- Compile close-out documentation
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Project experience (advantageous if it's with a drilling company / contractor)
- Oil and Gas industry experience
- 5 years + in the relevant role
- Onshore / offshore experience
