IP Tel Engineer - Macquarie Park

Immediate start - Short term contract - You MUST be immediately available

Our client urgently requires the services of an IP Tel Engineer (Call Manager) with skills across voice and data technologies with the bias towards IP Telephony.

An initial short term contract with the potential to extend and possibility to convert to a permanent role this position will be responsible for supporting our Clients voice infrastructure and networke including: LAN, WAN, VOIP and Telephony.

Key responsibilities include:

Cisco Call Manager (V8.6 preferred)
CCX
Attendant Console
Unity Connection.
1st Level to 3rd level issues and MACs.
Systems management and maintenance.
Providing technical expertise and creating documentation.

Skills/Experience required:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of networking/IP Telephony experience (Call Manager).
Sound technical skills and knowledge with Cisco LAN/WAN networking.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge with Cisco VOIP including 'Call Manager'
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and written.
CCVP/CCNP certified.
