Technical Support Analyst

A Global Financial Services company is actively recruiting for a Junior Support analyst to join their Client Services Group. Main responsibilities will include liaising between Clients, Business Desks, Operations and IT, problem management, escalation, client on-boarding, installations, upgrades and interaction with the business.

Candidates applying should be recent graduates with permanent resident status or Canadidan citizenship. Industry experience is not necessary, however a strong technical degree or background is necessary. Suitable degrees include information services, computer engineering, computer science etc. Preference will be given to Candiadtes with trading or financial knowledge/experience.

Useful technical skills include: java, .net c#, c++, unix, linux, FIX, SQL etc.
