SEN Teacher - CoventryA lovely SEN school requires a PE SEN Teacher for an ongoing position. This post is for 5 days per week supporting children with MLD and complex needs.
This school in Coventry provides education for children with MLD aged 11-19 years. Some children have additional need such as SEBD,ASD,VI,HI and speech and language difficulties. The classes are small in size due to the nature of the impairments with a maximum of 12 students.
SEN Teachers must have the following:
* Hold QTS
* Have experience of working in an SEN environment
* Possess a genuine enthusiasm for special needs
* Have a good level of patience
* Ideally have had formal training, although this is desirable but not essential
