OSS, SOLUTION ARCHITECT, E2E, ERICSSON, HP, NSE, AMDOCS, ETOM, ITIL
OSS Solution Architect required by leading telecommunications organisation on a 2 year fixed term contract in Cork, Ireland.
1. Leading OSS/NGOSS system architecture design, and build industry-leading OSS/NGOSS management solutions.
2. Deeply analyze OSS/BSS industry technical trends and eTOM, ITIL etc. standard and specification, and build the OSS core competitiveness. Communicate with Tier 1 customer on OSS solutions and analyze the customer requirements. Collect customer requirements and define competitive product specifications of OSS system.
3. Identify key technologies of OSS/NGOSS platform and come up with strategies and plans to tackle those technologies, To ensure that my clients OSS/NGOSS products are the industry world class
4. Follow up OSS/NGOSS key technologies and competitive specifications to realize in product line. To actively drive the technical charter development team, and effectively apply the results of charter to the final product realization.
5. Participate a few high profile OSS/NGOSS customer projects to promote my clients OSS/NGOSS product, effectively extract and consolidate customer requirements back to the future product realization
Working experience
1) At least 8 years working experience as software architect for the OSS products. The candidate who has ever been working for the following companies, IBM, Oracle, Amdocs, HP, Ericsson, NSE, Netcracker etc. is a plus
2) Solid OSS/BSS integration experience including end-2-end design, deployment, integration and verification.
3) Rich knowledge and understanding of telecommunication. Deep understanding of O&M in fields, such as Radio, Core Network, CS, PS, LTE, IMS, OSS(at least one field). Familiar with operators' network, service and operation mode.
Capability requirement
1) Excellent English skills both in verbal and written are required.
2) In-depth understanding of OSS/NGOSS Management products with a large OSS system E2E system analysis, design capability.
3) Proficient in TMF's eTOM/ITIL standard and specification.
4) Proficient in data analysis, data modelling and grasping of latest software development technologies and methodologies
5) Strong organization and project management skills desirable, team player, responsible and self-motivated.
6) Willingness to travel overseas.
