Senior Business Analyst - Next Generation Mobile & Internet Banking
Brussels: 6 Month contract: Start ASAP

"Next Generation Mobile & Internet Banking" is a program within our clients retail and private banking department.
In view of the implementation of the program mentioned above, they are urgently looking for a Senior Business Analyst.
Function Description:
- Lead the preparation of a series of workshops to further structure the program roadmap;
- Drive the workshops to converge to a commonly accepted solution in line with the business needs;
- Cooperation and liaison with multiple stakeholders (Business, IT, Engineering);
- Formalise a coherent set of high-level requirements, contribute to the program roadmap;
- Demonstrate to be able to give direction to a more junior business analyst in a later stage
Typical deliverables:
- Workshop presentations (personal contribution and contribution of other parties);
- Business and functional requirements (in collaboration with Business, IT, Engineering): high-level requirements list/scope, explanatory documents;
- Contribution to the Program Initiation note, PMP;
- Contribution to the Program Roadmap
- Progress reports
Languages: English (all deliverables are in English), good knowledge of French and Dutch is preferred
Required knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Analytical and structured thinker, able to converge conclusions/options given multiple inputs and unknowns
- Mature personality
- Communication skills, diplomacy, convincing skills
- Reliable, able to work independently, ask for additional input/guidance when required
Technical experience:
- Mandatory relevant experience in similar positions
- Having previously worked with BNP Paribas Fortis is an asset
- Mandatory experience with/exposure to web banking
- Mandatory knowledge of Banking environments
- General broad technological background combined with a good understanding of web technologies, HTML5 etc.
