The NP Group have been instructed to source and select a Contract Manager to oversee the management of the Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian market. My client is a leading hardware and software, telecoms manufacturer and they are looking for someone who has been involved with contract information collation, data management and process development of the Contract Management division.
This is a very customer facing role, so you should be experienced with being deployed with customer project teams, working with Support teams and Sales departments. You will collate data from the customer and internal sources to draft the correct contract cover and deliverables. The contracts will be covering engineering, moves, adds and changes work, kit to sight etc.
You should have worked within an equipment vendor or a Systems integrator in the Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, NSN or Microsoft space. Knowledge of IP Telecoms is a must. At lease 4-5 years specific contract management experience is essential.
Ideally you should have PMP or Prince 2 as a bonus. Strong IP Telecoms, Service, support and professional services contract management experience. Manage and lead multiple projects, Communicate status updates with senior management and stakeholders and customers. Single source of information.
