freelance web designer needed for my photography site

I'm an amateur photographer looking to beef up my website that I designed using wordpress and a template. Im looking to adjust various layout issues such as:
1. Adjust the header (logo and navigation) and body width so that they match on each page.
2. Add social media icons in the header.
3. Create mobile and tablet friendly version of website.
4. and a few others…
