Are you an IT Infrastructure Specialist, Platform Operations with prior experience to perform and assist in system design, implementation, documentation, maintenance, support, monitoring and enhancement of IT infrastructure?
Our client is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist who have extensive experience in technologies such as:
- Server hardware - HP Proliant DL, ML and BL series Servers;
- Microsoft Server operating systems - Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2;
- Storage hardware and software - SANs, storage arrays, tape libraries, archive and backup systems;
- High availability configurations such as clustering;
- Virtualisation technologies such as Microsoft Hyper-V or VMWare vSphere and Citrix XenApp;
- Microsoft Server applications - Exchange Server 2010, SharePoint Server 2010, Dynamics CRM v4;
- Security Products - RSA Authentication Manager, ForeFront 2010, Cisco Ironport email antivirus/spam filtering, and
- Management & Monitoring tools- Microsoft SCOM,SCCM 2007 and HP SIM/IC, for a contract till the end of June 2013 (with options for extensions) based in Canberra.
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated understanding of, and enterprise experience in the implementation and support of:
- a. Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and server applications;
- b. Virtualisation technologies;
- c. Microsoft Active Directory;
- d. Enterprise security solutions including Certificate Authority solutions;
- e. Citrix XenApp implementations, and
- f. Server infrastructure hardware. - Possess Information Systems related tertiary qualifications or applicable industry certifications.
