Urgent requirement for a Stock Controller to join my Essex based Public sector client
To provide a procurement and stock management process for the organisation and the customers as required. To obtain quotations ensuring SFIs are complied with, and to process the orders ensuring deadlines and delivery requirements are met.
Progress the orders through to fruition, receipt the goods and services, register their arrival on the system and asset register, and arrange for delivery or onward transmission to the original requestor.
Process the management of the ICT asset tag allocation for the service and its customers.
Maintain the stock control of all assets within the service ensuring all new equipment is recorded and the database updated when equipment is reallocated.
