The Company
Robert Half Management Resources are currently looking for an Interim Workforce redesign and transformation lead for an NHS client based in the East Midlands. This organisation is going through a significant restructure process and faces a lot of challenges around workforce planning and cost improvement. This is an urgent requirement.

The Role

You will be responsible for:
- Working with the Workforce Project/Programme Manager to formulate workforce plans by speciality
- Assisting in the implementation of the changes to staffing roles and functions that would arise, train and develop managers in workforce planning and workforce redesign (using tools such as the Calderdale Competency Framework, LEAN management processes etc)
- Providing a series of speciality based action plans that can be pulled together into a cohesive workforce plan for the medical and dental workforce
- Auditing and modernising the current shape of medical workforce, suggesting improvements and action plans.

To be considered for this post you must have:
- Extensive experience of workforce redesign and transformation (leading to productivity and efficiency savings)
- Broad NHS experience and be familiar with medical and dental staff (T&Cs and ways of working)
- You will ideally be familiar with tools such as the Calderdale Competency Framework, LEAN management processes etc.

£325.00 - £425.00 per day
