An elite financial firm in the downtown loop of Chicago is seeking a skilled Operations Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate would have strong experience working in the financial space as well as high level trade support background. Experience as a developer will also be beneficial. This is a long term contract and this is an IMMEDIATE opportunity.Responsibilities:
-3rd and 4th level support- resolving problems (third-party support software)
- Communicate technical problems across Operations, Product, QA and Development teams
-Write basic test plans and scripts (Perl, Shell, Kernel scripting)
-Support following issues (connectivity/order entry/execution/latency)
-Open to working 1st and 2nd shift rotations
-Self-starter and strong communication
