Position Profile: Printing Support Rep
Monday - Friday (40 hours work week)
Compensation hourly rate of: $10.50 (Weekly Pay)
Contract Position: 12 months
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures convenience copiers are working properly
- Checking for quality via daily inspections.
- Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.
- Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
- Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
- Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
- Computer/clerical work (MS Excel & MS Word.)
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have basic Microsoft Office skills, 1-2 years of related work experience, and a High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional customer service skills are a must!
- Related copy/mail/clerical experience is preferred.
Education:
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent
