Description
Our client, a large Commonwealth Government Department is looking for multiple Senior Test Analysts to work on a major new initiative. Our client has specified Australian Citizens only please.
Qualities they are looking for:
1. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage own work against competing priorities and tight deadlines.
2. Demonstrated system testing experience in a large environment - with at least 3 years experience including:
- development of test scripts
- development of test cases/scenarios
- execution of tests according to test plan
- defect management
- using industry tools (eg HP Quality Centre formerly 'Mercury Quality Centre' (Test Director), and MTM (Microsoft Test Manager) & TFS (Team Foundation server)
3. Well developed communication skills, including:
- Read, comprehend and write technical material effectively
- Ability to communicate with staff from technical and non-technical backgrounds using both written and verbal channels
4. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a team member and as an individual.
