SAP CRM Consultant with TPM/Org Management - 9mth Daily Rate Contract
Our client a leader in the FMCG arena and one of Ireland's most dynamic SAP sites are currently recruiting for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join their EMEA team. The CRM Consultant needs to understand that business engagement is key and to understand how the SAP platform affects business processes. The clients SAP system is one of the most advanced platforms in the world and they are now in the advanced stages of making fine adjustments to the system. This role is a mix of implementations, standard roll-outs across EMEA and enhancements. More so, the system is not being used to its full capacity and the client would like to use the expertise of the CRM Consultant to demonstrate to the business the benefits of the SAP system by influencing and challenging the business users' mind-set & traditional ways of working, and guide them. This is where the CRM Consultant needs to understand that business engagement is key and to understand how it affects say Pricing processes and getting the business users to trust and buy into the SAP platform.
Ideal Candidate:
Specialising in Organisational Management & Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
SAP CRM techno-functional consultant with 5yrs+ of SAP implementation experience
Experienced at least 1+ full life cycle SAP R/3 implementation
An ability in implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Experience in CRM Upgrade, Enhancements, Implementations & Roll-outs an advantage
Strong Communication & Influential skills
Proven experience in maintain great documentation
Enthusiastic about knowledge transfer, mentoring & coaching
Strong emphasis on business process re-engineering
Experience on business transformation project
