Oracle - Data Migration - Financial & HR - R12 - 12 months - £A client of mine is currently looking for a Hands-on data migration consultant (Team lead with experience of Oracle Financial and HR data.
The Oracle consultant will have the following skills:
Experience / Skills
-Experience of data mapping activities from Source to Target.
-Experience of working on large data migration/ETL projects including cleansing and validation of data.
-Defining business data reconciliations to assist in data delivery.
-Expert SQL and MS Excel.
-In-depth experience of ETL and migration tools including SSIS and ODI.
-Experience of data refresh and dry run activities as well as cut-over.
-Oracle R12 would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
-Work closely with the Testing team to assist and advise on data transformations and cleansing activities based on functional designs.
-Managing a number of data/ETL developers to delivery data migration strategy.
-Working closely with global and regional process owners to define and understand requirements.
-Liaising with external System Implementers to carrying out agreed tasks.
-Working closely with Work Stream Lead to define detailed tasks required for data delivery.
-Manage and resolve data related defects raised by the Testing team.
-Managing data refresh activities.
This is an urgent role with possible interviews for next week. It is a 1 year contract based in London paying between £.
