Description
IP PS CORE Project Manager is required to run a Integration Commissioning project. You must have excellent project management knowledge of routing and switching infrastructure, 2G & GPRS/UMTS network architecture, and the ability to lead teams who are troubleshooting and resolving complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies. As project manager you will provide customer support ie represent the company's technical capabilities and manage day-to-day technical needs. Support/enable customer specific solutions to help grow business and steer customer expectations according to product and network management capabilities. Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems, analysis of highly complex network designs, and network planning with the ability to deliver expert consulting, design and engineering support to customers for sales opportunities and recommend technical solutions to improve customer operations. You must possess strong technical Project management skills, minimum 1 year of experience in technical IP PS Core Project Management, with a PM background in South Africa. The ideal candidate has done this Project management role before in Africa, is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, you're well positioned to become a trusted project manager capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers.
