We seek a technical Search Analyst to analyse data relating to online search activity in Ireland and to use this to generate insights that can improve the BING product for Irish users. This role will sit within the Market Engagement team and will be focused on the management of customer issues, and how these can point to improved product functionality and marketing.
Candidates should be familiar with the creation and editing of web content using HTML, and the testing of online web-based technical solutions. Ideally, they will also have some experience of data mining. A keen understanding of Irish culture and search patterns/preferences will be a distinct advantage in identifying the factors that differentiate Irish use of online search tools.
Candidates should have strong organisational skills and be able to work productively with minimum supervision and direction.
