Support/Incident/Problem Manager for Oracle EBS (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Participation in the CRM support hotline
  • Controlling and monitoring the process to bring the solutions and workarounds to production
  • Taking appropriate action depending on the type of Change Request e.g. pre-defined change requires functional setup on CRM
  • Analysis of Change Requests submitted by key-users for enhancements to CRM functionalities on the productive instance or resulting from above processes
  • Delivering Functional Support for example Requirements definition, functional setup, testing etc.


Ihre Qualifikation
  • Oracle e-business suite
  • PL/SQL Basic Know How
  • Good industry knowledge, business processes, applications
  • Customer-oriented occurrence
  • Strong consulting expertise and presentation skills
  • Fluent english
