Ihre Aufgaben:
- Participation in the CRM support hotline
- Controlling and monitoring the process to bring the solutions and workarounds to production
- Taking appropriate action depending on the type of Change Request e.g. pre-defined change requires functional setup on CRM
- Analysis of Change Requests submitted by key-users for enhancements to CRM functionalities on the productive instance or resulting from above processes
- Delivering Functional Support for example Requirements definition, functional setup, testing etc.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Oracle e-business suite
- PL/SQL Basic Know How
- Good industry knowledge, business processes, applications
- Customer-oriented occurrence
- Strong consulting expertise and presentation skills
- Fluent english
