I am currently recruiting for a Collections Performance Manager for a leading telecommunications company based in Berkshire.

You will be responsible for managing the performance of the collections outsource offshore contact centre teams focussing specifically on collecting monies form overdue customers.
You will work closely with cross channel and marketing teams in the UK as well as in the contact centres overseas to help your teams to secure results. You will also be responsible for putting together and reviewing KPI's for the team and their commission and incentive programmes on a monthly basis.

We are looking for someone who;
*Has a solid credit and collections background- consumer and business.
*Experience with Performance or account management.
*Having worked within a highly commercially focused team.
*Experience of working with contact centres and remote stakeholders.
