My client, a top tier bank, has opportunities for experienced complaints handlers to join their team as part of a large project focused on SME derivative products. This team is focused on end to end resolution of complaints through a complex process whilst avoiding process hold ups.

The ideal candidate will come from a legal or accountancy background, have experience of handling complaints relating to complex financial products, have experience working in the banking industry, have an investigative nature and appreciate the professional standards required from the financial services industry.
