My Yorkshire based client is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Architect. The Business Intelligence (BI) Architect will be responsible for building and implementing end to end BI solutions. The right individual will possess experience in all stages of BI project work. The BI Architect should have a firm grasp of BI implementation methodologies and will have had in-depth experience with BI tools, specifically the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS). In this role you will help design, develop and provide oversight to a development team, test, and drive adoption of software solutions for a diverse set of clients.To qualify for our BI Architect position, you should possess the following:
- Relational Database and SQL Language
- Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) (Microsoft SSIS)
- Data Warehouse / Solution Design
- Analytics / OLAP Cube Development (Microsoft SSAS and MDX)
- Report Development (Microsoft SSRS)
- Data Mining
The right candidate will ideally have 5 + years Microsoft SQL BI experience, and the contract is initially for 4 months. The rate is between £400 - £450 per day, dependent on experience.
