Role: Patient Experience Facilitator

Type: NHS Contract

Length: 3 months

Location:South London

Rate: £120-£140 per day

My client, an NHS organisation in the South West London is looking for an interim Patient Experience Facilitator (PALS) to work within the Quality department for a period of 3 months initially.

The successful Patient Experience Facilitator will report to the Head of Patient Experience and be responsible for the efficient and effective handling of informal and formal patient related complaints & improving the patient experience throughout the trust.

The successful Patient Experience Facilitator will be required to:
  • Liaising with staff at all levels to ensure prompt resolution of informal concerns and complaints within the Dept of Health timeframe.
  • Promote a positive and reflective approach to addressing concerns and complaints amongst employees.
  • Dealing sensitively and professionally with people who use the service
  • Liaising with the necessary associated agencies in bringing a concern or complaint to a satisfactory conclusion.


To be considered for this post, you must have worked in PALS and Complaints in the NHS before and be available to start ASAP.
