Description
Huxley are looking to recruit an electrical deisgn engineer with experience in the following:- Electrical Design
- Schematic drawings
- Power Generation
- Substation Design
- Experience of working with EHV Power
As part of a sucesfull team, you will undertake substation, cable and overhead line protectyion & control design from scheme inception through to commissioning.
You will be designing cost effective control solutions meeting the requirments of the network owners customers (Compliant with with exacting technical demands required to protec the integrity of the network).
Essential skills required for the role are:
- Proven experience gained with a network operator or HV substation manufacturer.
- Successful track record of managing teams of design engineers
- Ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances and amend design accordingly.
