Huxley are looking for an electrical engineer with extensive experience int he rail industry and skills in the following:- Signalling Design
- Railway Electrification
- Safety Analysis
- AC & DC systems
The client is looking for a contractor to fulfill an order bought on by a new project that they have tendered for.
On the role you will be responsible for the detailed system design of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to monitor and control the changeover of trains with AC traction to DC traction.
Essential Skills are:
- Signalling Design
- Experience in the rail industry
- Competence with both AC and DC traction systems.
- Awareness of safety protocol (HAZID & HAZOP) in the rail industry.
If you feel that you would be a good fit for the role then you can expect a rate of between £30 and £40 P/h, so get in touch as soon as possible as the role will be subject to heavy competition.
